This Privacy Policy applies to the website and store operated by Rivenna LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us", or "our") for the sale of LLM Killswitch & Spend Guard. It does not apply to the product itself once purchased and deployed by you.

We collect only what is necessary to process your order and communicate with you:

  • Email address — collected at checkout via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We receive your email to deliver your license and respond to support requests.
  • Order and license data — provided by Lemon Squeezy after purchase (order ID, license key). We do not store payment card details.
  • Analytics data — we may use a third-party analytics tool (e.g. Plausible, Fathom, or similar) to collect anonymized page view statistics. No personally identifiable information is collected by these tools.

2. Cookies and Tracking

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver your purchase (license key, download link)

All payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment information is governed by Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We never see or store your payment card details.

5. The Product Itself — No Data Collected by Us

LLM Killswitch & Spend Guard is a self-hosted Cloudflare Worker. Once purchased, you deploy it entirely inside your own Cloudflare account. We have no access to your API traffic, prompts, keys, or any data processed by the Worker. Everything runs inside your infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and order information for as long as necessary to support your license and comply with tax/legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@llmkillswitch.store.
