These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and your purchase of LLM Killswitch & Spend Guard (the "Software") from Rivenna LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this site or purchasing the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

LLM Killswitch & Spend Guard is a self-hosted Cloudflare Worker delivered as source code with a commercial-use license. Upon purchase, you receive access to download the source code and a license key. Deployment is your responsibility and occurs entirely within your own Cloudflare account.

2. Payment and Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and policies in addition to these Terms.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a commercial-use license to deploy and use the Software. The full terms of this license are described in our Software License. You do not acquire ownership of the source code itself.

4. Acceptable Use of This Site

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without permission
  • Impersonate us or any other party

5. Download Access

After purchase, you will receive a download link and/or license key via email from Lemon Squeezy. Download links may expire. If you lose access, contact us at info@llmkillswitch.store and we will assist you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software and this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivenna LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
